1. Costuming and Appearance: Learning how to wear and maintain the traditional Santa or Mrs. Claus wardrobe, including the beard, wig, and other accessories. We invest a lot of our funds into making sure we look the part.

2. Character Development: Training in how to embody the personality and demeanor of Santa or Mrs. Claus, including mannerisms, voice modulation, and how to interact with children and adults in a way that maintains the magic of the character.

3. Storytelling and Interaction: Techniques for engaging with children, answering their questions, and telling holiday stories in a captivating and age-appropriate manner.

4. Safety and Legal Training: Understanding the legal and safety aspects of working as a Santa or Mrs. Claus, including background checks, child safety protocols, first aid training and insurance. 5. Performance Skills: Acting, improvisation, and sometimes even singing, to ensure they can handle various situations and entertain effectively. We are constantly working on our performance skills. Schooling for this never ends.
